CTO / Chief Technical Officer

A team of 100+ professionals, scaling projects in traffic arbitrage for over 4 years, is looking for a CTO to lead the entire tech direction: from infrastructure audit to building strategy and team. Fully remote, full-time, FIX+%.

What you'll do

• Develop and scale the company's internal technical infrastructure
• Audit existing technical solutions and propose improvements
• Manage technical projects: from requirements gathering to launch
• Coordinate the technical team and build effective collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Participate in shaping technical strategy and setting infrastructure development priorities
• Participate in hiring, developing specialists, and building the department structure

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience as CTO in an arbitrage team (iGaming / Crypto), preferably with traffic on Meta and Google
• Experience developing CRM/ERP for buying
• Experience managing a technical team and building development processes from scratch
• Experience directly interacting with owners and heads
• Strong technical background in development and architecture, understanding of DevOps, security, fault tolerance
• Understanding of arbitrage specifics: trackers, farming, traffic, anti-detects
