Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

An iGaming company is looking for an experienced CMO to scale digital products and build a data-driven growth system. The role is remote and focuses on growing key metrics, user acquisition, and CRM development.

What you'll do

• Drive growth of key product and financial metrics (LTV, ROI).
• Scale user acquisition (PPC, SEO, Telegram, Influencers).
• Develop CRM, retention, and loyalty programs.
• Optimize conversion funnels and manage team, budget, and analytics.

What we need

• Experience as CMO / Head of Marketing and scaling products.
• Strong expertise in Performance Marketing, CRM, and Unit Economics.
• Data-driven approach to decision making.

Nice to have

• Experience in affiliate marketing, Telegram ecosystems, and influencer marketing.
• Understanding of risk control and antifraud systems.
