Senior Motion Designer (Performance Marketing / iGaming)

An international media buying team with over 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing and iGaming is looking for a Senior Motion Designer to create performance creatives. The role involves generating ideas, quickly producing video and static creatives, and directly influencing campaign results.

What you'll do

• Independently generate ideas for performance creatives based on briefs, analytics, and successful cases
• Create video and static creatives for advertising campaigns
• Develop 10+ unique concepts weekly and create variations for testing
• Participate in daily team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Quickly refine creatives based on launch results and feedback
• Analyze successful and unsuccessful hypotheses, propose new approaches
• Periodically participate in creating landing pages and PWA applications

What we need

• 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer in an iGaming media buying team
• Ability to independently find ideas and turn them into working concepts without detailed briefs
• Strong AI workflow: content generation, prompting, and using neural networks to speed up creative production
• Proficient in Photoshop and/or Figma
• Experience with video editors (After Effects, CapCut, or similar)
• High work speed and ability to quickly adapt to test results
• Self-organization, attention to detail, and responsibility in a remote work format
• Calm attitude towards edits, iterations, and the constant hypothesis testing cycle
