Affiliate & Media Buying Manager (Adult AI / NSFW)

We are an international tech startup creating AI products for adult audiences. We are looking for an affiliate manager or buyer who knows how adult traffic works, can sell our product to platform owners, and turn NSFW directories into a powerful revenue source.

What you'll do

• Search and purchase traffic on top Adult platforms (Directories, NSFW AI catalogs, thematic forums, porn tubes, relevant Telegram channels).
• Negotiations with resource owners: securing the best terms (CPA/RevShare/Flat fee), purchasing premium placements, featured positions, and banner spots.
• Budget management: full responsibility for the advertising budget. Deciding where to buy ads to maximize ROI.
• Analytics and optimization: constant monitoring of traffic quality. Quickly shutting down 'junk' platforms and scaling bundles that generate sales.
• Finding new growth points: entering new platforms—from Twitter (X) and Adult networks to affiliate programs.

What we need

• Experience in the Adult industry: understanding the specifics of the NSFW market, knowledge of channels to attract male audience.
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher: fluent communication with foreign publishers and platform owners.
• Aggressive negotiation skills: ability to haggle, justify high prices, and close deals on your terms.
• Mathematical mindset: daily work with CPC, CPM, CR, ROI, LTV.
