What you'll do

• Monitor the quality of incoming lead processing
• Analyze manager dialogues and identify errors
• Track department key metrics and identify growth areas
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulations
• Identify weaknesses in lead processing and help eliminate them
• Prepare analytics and regular reports for the Team Lead
• Provide constructive feedback based on audit results
• Participate in process improvement and enhancing team efficiency

What we need

• Experience as QC / Checker / TL Assistant for 6-12 months
• Ability to work with analytics and key metrics
• Attention to detail
• Ability to objectively evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
• Ability to self-organize and take responsibility for results
• Experience in Binary Options and Forex verticals
