Team Lead Media Buying (Facebook, Telegram)

We are looking for a Team Lead who can find profitable combinations and build effective team work. Fully remote, unlimited budgets, ready infrastructure. Income from $5,000+.

What you'll do

• Managing the Facebook Media Buying team
• Monitoring KPI achievement and key team metrics
• Developing strategy for launching, testing and scaling ad campaigns
• Analyzing results, finding growth points and improving traffic buying efficiency
• Controlling quality of combinations and distributing tasks within the team
• Interacting with designers, tech department and other teams
• Training, developing and supporting buyers

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead or Senior Media Buyer with managerial functions
• At least 2 years of experience in scheme traffic
• Deep understanding of Facebook Ads and traffic buying on Telegram
• Proficient with Keitaro and other analytics tools
• Experience scaling ad campaigns and managing large budgets
• Ability to build processes, motivate the team and be responsible for overall results
