Team Lead Affiliates / Team Lead BizDev (Crypto)

The company is looking for more than just a head of Affiliate or Business Development — it needs someone whose name already carries weight in the market thanks to personal results, their own reputation and a strong network. You can join one of the departments separately or as a universal leader. The role requires an entrepreneurial approach: first producing results independently, then building a strong department around yourself and influencing business growth.

What you'll do

• Independently deliver results in the affiliate or bizdev function, then scale them through a team
• Own the final profit and the economics of the affiliate business
• Hire, train and develop junior specialists, acting as a mentor
• Represent the company at conferences and conduct international meetings and negotiations
• Build and grow a strong department around yourself and influence business development

What we need

• Strong Affiliate / BizDev specialist with a proven track record
• Personal brand and an own contact base
• Market recognition as an independent professional — through one's own name, connections, cases and reputation, not merely a company name on the CV
• Understanding of affiliate business economics and ability to own the final profit
• Ability to deliver results independently and then scale them through a team
• Experience hiring, training and developing junior specialists
• Mobility: readiness for conferences, international meetings and negotiations
