CBDO / Chief Commercial Officer (iGaming Media Buying)

A large international iGaming media buying business is looking for a strong commercial leader. The role involves developing advertisers, commercial strategy, and profit growth. Fully remote.

What you'll do

• Develop the commercial team.
• Increase budgets and volumes of existing advertisers.
• Build relationships and negotiate with key partners at senior level.
• Find new promising advertisers and growth points.
• Analyze revenue, traffic, GP, and account potential.
• Find opportunities for more effective traffic monetization.
• Work closely with media buying teams on products, GEOs, and volumes.
• Develop commercial strategy, KPIs, and analytics.
• Optimize processes and structure of the commercial direction.
• Be responsible for commercial results and GP growth.

What we need

• Experience at CBDO / CCO / Head of Commercial / Head of BD level.
• Strong experience in iGaming media buying / affiliate.
• Deep understanding of media buying and traffic economics.
• Experience working with advertisers and developing large accounts.
• Proven cases of revenue / GP / volume growth.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Analytical approach and confident work with numbers.
• Team management experience.
• Entrepreneurial approach, initiative, and high decision-making speed.
