Sales Manager

We are expanding the sales department in an esoteric project (tarot, rituals, consultations). We are looking for a responsible sales manager who will handle incoming requests from clients ready to engage and close them on payment. Fully remote, schedule 5/2 MSK, compensation: fixed during training + commission.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming requests from clients ready to engage (tarot readings, rituals, consultations).
• Identify the need, work with triggers, build trust, and actively close sales.
• Handle objections and push each deal to a successful close.

What we need

• Sales experience is mandatory.
• Ability to persuade, apply sales techniques, and handle objections.
• Ability to listen to the client, speak properly, and build trust from the first seconds.
• Responsibility and self-sufficiency — work without reminders.
• Must have 2 devices for work.

Nice to have

• Interest in the esoteric field is a plus.
