Product Lead / Owner

A CEO–1 level role reporting directly to the CEO at an iGaming company. Responsibilities include developing the iGaming product (gamification, tournaments, launching new features and markets) and managing the product to grow business metrics GGR, NGR, LTV and Retention. Office-based work in Cyprus (Limassol) with relocation support.

What you'll do

• Developing the iGaming product: gamification, tournaments, launching new features and markets
• Managing the product and growing business metrics (GGR, NGR, LTV, Retention)
• Making data-driven decisions and rapidly testing hypotheses

What we need

• Proven product experience in iGaming
• Ability to make data-driven decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to test hypotheses quickly
• Self-sufficiency and results orientation
