What you'll do

• Develop engagement mechanics, personalized activities and a progression system
• Analyze user behavior and work with product metrics
• Launch experiments and test hypotheses

What we need

• Experience owning a product direction
• Deep understanding of Retention, Engagement and LTV metrics
• Ability to work with data, prioritize the backlog and shape a roadmap

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM, loyalty programs and retention products
