Call Center Operator

An iGaming company is looking for a call center operator for outbound calls to clients. The role is not sales-driven: the operator informs clients about services and records data in the CRM. Remote format, salary of €600 plus KPI-based bonuses.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to the company's clients and present its services
• Conduct conversations strictly according to approved scripts
• Work with the corporate database and CRM system
• Record information on every interaction accurately and completely

• Romanian language proficiency at B2 level
• Fluent Russian
• Clear, accurate and polite verbal communication
• Responsibility and discipline
