Content Team Lead

The team is looking for a strong content team lead to manage the team, develop content strategy, and improve performance. Remote work, vertical: binary options and forex.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of content managers, organize and control department work
• Develop, optimize, and implement content strategy
• Continuously analyze engagement and adjust content plan based on audience response

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Practical understanding of ROMI, conversions, and other content campaign KPIs
• Successful experience managing, developing, and coordinating a team
• Experience with LATAM geos
• Experience developing and implementing content strategies for verticals: promotion, binary options

Nice to have

• Experience with forex is a plus
