Team Lead Media Buyer (Gambling)

A media buying team is looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer to manage a team of 3–5 buyers and independently run Facebook traffic on gambling offers. Primary GEOs are Argentina and Colombia, with strong experience in other LATAM markets also considered. Remote work, base salary from $1,000 plus a high commission grid.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of 3–5 Media Buyers
• Monitor team results and performance metrics
• Help buyers scale campaigns
• Independently launch and test Facebook traffic
• Test new funnels, bundles, and approaches
• Work with CPA offers and control traffic quality
• Analyze metrics and work towards KPIs
• Scale successful tests
• Communicate with advertisers and partners
• Work with available caps
• Strengthen or replace team members when needed

What we need

• Real experience managing Media Buyers
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads
• Solid understanding of current LATAM traffic runs
• Experience with the CPA model, KPIs, and traffic quality
• Ability to manage budgets and scale successful campaigns
• Understanding of the current market and up-to-date metrics
• Willingness to independently test new approaches and hypotheses

Nice to have

• Own strong bundles/funnels
• Experience with other LATAM GEOs, such as Chile and Mexico
