Retention Call-Operator (Arabic)

The employer is looking for a retention specialist to communicate with Arabic-speaking users. Main tasks: outbound calls using scripts, email and SMS campaigns, analyzing customer activity, testing new communication methods and promotions. Schedule 5/2, remote or office work (Saint Petersburg, Kazan).

What we need

• Fluent Arabic (native or C1+)
• 1+ year experience in call center or retention
• Proficient with PC and CRM systems

Nice to have

• Russian B1+
• Experience in iGaming
