Retention Call Operator (Arabic)

The company is looking for a retention specialist with Arabic language skills. Main tasks: making outbound calls, sending emails and SMS, working with the customer database, analyzing activity. Remote or office work in Saint Petersburg or Kazan, flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and support retention campaigns
• Make outbound calls using prepared scripts
• Send emails, SMS, and messages to users
• Work with the existing database and analyze customer activity
• Help test new communication methods, promotions, and special offers

What we need

• Arabic (fluent)

Nice to have

• Russian B1+
