Head of Retention

A the company is looking for a Head of Retention to develop and scale retention strategies in African markets. The role is product-oriented with direct impact on LTV, ARPU, and repeat deposits.
What we need
- Experience as Lead Retention / CRM Manager for at least 2 years
- Mandatory experience in iGaming (casino / betting)
- Understanding of African specifics (payment methods, player behavior, local peculiarities)
- Experience with CRM systems and automated funnels
- Ability to work with data and analytics
- Experience in building segmentations and personalized scenarios
- Independence, systematic thinking, result orientation
