Senior/Team Lead of Affiliates

An international Nutra company operating across Europe and LATAM is looking for a Team Lead to manage a team of 3–4 Affiliate Managers. The role includes hiring, onboarding, developing partner relationships, and scaling traffic. Fully remote.

What you'll do

• Lead a team of 3–4 Affiliate Managers
• Hire, onboard and mentor the team
• Develop webmaster and partner relationships
• Scale traffic and optimize performance
• Support launches and resolve partner issues
• Attend industry conferences

What we need

• 2+ years as Affiliate Team Lead
• 1–2+ years in Nutra
• International partner experience
• Strong knowledge of Facebook & SEO traffic
• English B2+
• Ukrainian & Russian C1+

Nice to have

• European market experience
