Head of SEO

A product iGaming project with its own casino is looking for a Head of SEO to lead the SEO function strategically. Scope includes a team of 10+ people, working with engineering at roadmap level, and P&L ownership. Remote, any geography.

What you'll do

• Build and execute the SEO strategy — from concept to P&L
• Manage a team of 10+ people: hiring, onboarding, KPIs, development
• Work with engineering: roadmap, SEO product requirements, code review, sign-off on changes
• Launch and scale new directions: monobrands, slots, review, local markets
• Own metrics: organic traffic, rankings, revenue, ROI
• System-level link strategy: PBN, dropped domains, link infrastructure
• React quickly to Core Updates and take anti-crisis measures during traffic drops
• Report to CPO / CEO: traffic, profitability, forecasts

What we need

• 5+ years in SEO, including 2+ in a Head / Director role
• Mandatory experience in iGaming / gambling / affiliate
• Managing a team of 10+ people: hiring, motivation, performance
• Working with developers: specs, SEO review, roadmap participation
• Google: Core Updates, E-E-A-T, technical SEO
• Proven cases of traffic and revenue growth in competitive niches
• PBN, cloaking, expire domains — understanding
