Retention Manager

The employer is looking for a Retention Manager to handle CRM communications and audience retention. Responsibilities include segmentation, trigger chains, A/B tests, loyalty programs, and campaign performance analysis. Full office-based role in Minsk.

• Segment the audience and build effective CRM communications (email, SMS, push)
• Develop trigger chains and personalized offers
• Generate hypotheses, run A/B tests, and improve retention metrics
• Create loyalty programs and bonus mechanics
• Analyze campaign results, research competitors, and find new growth opportunities
