Media Buyer — Reels | CS2 Cases

We are looking for a media buyer who can build and scale a Reels-driven direction for a CS2 cases project from scratch. The role involves forming a traffic acquisition strategy, organizing mass production and testing of Reels, setting up account and infrastructure management, controlling traffic volume and quality, analyzing key metrics, and scaling working approaches. Requires proven experience with UBT and Reels/short-form content, and the ability to build processes and manage a team. Remote, full-time.

What you'll do

• Build the Reels direction from scratch
• Form a traffic acquisition strategy for CS2 Cases
• Organize mass production and testing of Reels
• Set up account and infrastructure management
• Find new approaches, formats, and audience transfer mechanics
• Control traffic volume and quality
• Analyze registrations, FTD, CR, ROI, and other key metrics
• Scale working approaches

What we need

• Proven experience with UBT
• Experience specifically with Reels / short-form content
• Understanding of mass content production and testing mechanics
• Ability to build processes and manage a team, not just run traffic independently

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming / gambling / betting / CS2 / gaming
