Sales Manager (Retention, LATAM)

We are looking for a Sales Manager to handle client retention in the LATAM market. Requires experience in traffic processing and understanding of Retention mechanics. Fully remote, income from $2000+.

What you'll do

• Retention and re-activation of leads
• Building long-term communication with clients
• Fulfilling personal plan and maintaining key metrics

What we need

• At least 6 months of practical experience in traffic processing
• Understanding of Retention mechanics and ability to work with a database over distance
• Knowledge of how to increase conversion and raise average checks
• Ability to adapt communication to the behavior and psychology of each lead
• Habit of selling through live dialogue rather than memorized scripts
