Growth Manager

Growth Manager is responsible for managing projects from launch to results. Includes project management, communication, budgets, deadlines, risks, reporting, and maintaining team motivation.

What you'll do

• Lead projects through all stages from launch to results
• Build communication within the team and with stakeholders
• Plan and control budgets
• Monitor deadlines and task quality
• Forecast risks and solve non-standard cases
• Analyze results and prepare reports
• Maintain an atmosphere of engagement and high motivation

• Experience managing digital projects and their business metrics
• Experience launching teams / directions / business from scratch
• Experience managing 10+ people
• Strong communication skills
• Using AI as a work tool
• Ability to justify priorities
• Strong sense of responsibility and business mindset
