Product Manager (VIP Retention)

The company is looking for a Product Manager for VIP retention in iGaming. Tasks include developing VIP features, retention mechanics, and data analysis. Remote work.

What you'll do

• Develop the VIP direction
• Work with retention mechanics
• Analyze deposits, LTV, churn, segments, and player feedback
• Launch loyalty programs, bonuses, cashback, promo, and other VIP features

What we need

• Experience in Product / Retention / CRM / VIP Product
• Experience in iGaming / gambling / betting / casino
• Ability to work with metrics and make data-driven decisions

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Rust / CS2 / Dota / skin economy
