Product Manager (VIP Retention)

The company is looking for a PM in the VIP direction of iGaming / Rust-gaming. Tasks: develop the VIP direction, work with retention mechanics, analyze deposits, LTV, churn, segments and player feedback, launch loyalty, bonuses, cashback, promo and other VIP features.
What we need
- Experience in Product / Retention / CRM / VIP Product
- Experience in iGaming / gambling / betting / casino
- Ability to work with metrics and make data-driven decisions
Nice to have
- Experience with Rust / CS2 / Dota / skin economy
