Financial Analyst (Bonus Manager)

The company is looking for a financial analyst to oversee bonus budgets, analyze spending efficiency, and support financial reporting. The role suits a specialist with strong analytical skills and solid SQL proficiency.

What you'll do

• Monitor execution of bonus budgets
• Classify expenses and maintain up-to-date reporting
• Analyze what funds were spent on and when
• Evaluate spending efficiency and prepare conclusions based on analysis
• Research funnels and conversions, identify growth areas
• Identify anomalies and inefficient spending
• Coordinate budgets and expenses with other departments
• Work with large data sets and financial metrics

What we need

• Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Have a degree in finance or experience in the financial field
• Work with large volumes of data and financial reporting
• Analyze expenses and evaluate their feasibility
• Form conclusions and recommendations based on data
• Have experience in analytics or finance at Middle level

Nice to have

• Experience in Big Four companies
• Experience in financial analysis in fintech, betting, or digital business
• Skills in building reports and budget models
