Casino Manager

An international iGaming product is looking for a Casino Manager to develop the casino vertical. The role involves P&L management, launching game mechanics, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Requires 3+ years of iGaming experience and English at Upper-Intermediate level.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement the casino product growth strategy
• Manage P&L: grow revenue, margin, and player LTV
• Analyze product and user metrics, make data-driven decisions
• Launch and develop game mechanics, promotions, and bonus programs
• Optimize user journey and increase retention
• Interact with providers and manage the game portfolio
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: marketing, CRM, product, analytics, anti-fraud
• Participate in product scaling and entry into new markets

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming / online casino
• Understanding of casino product economics and key metrics (GGR, NGR, LTV, etc.)
• Data-driven approach and strong analytical skills
• Experience with bonus mechanics and retention
• Experience in product growth and scaling
• Team management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
