Project Manager

A full-cycle international marketing agency is looking for a Project Manager to develop projects, coordinate the team, and grow key business metrics. Fully remote, salary $2000–3000+.

What we need

• 1+ year of experience in creator economy, affiliate marketing, gambling, dating, digital marketing, content or marketing agencies
• Experience managing a team or coordinating 5+ specialists simultaneously
• Understanding of key metrics, analytics, and how indicators affect project results
• English at least B2
• Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
• Systematic approach, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
• Willingness to take responsibility for project results and make decisions

Nice to have

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience building content strategies and setting briefs
• Experience with performance marketing, analytics, and sales funnels
• Skills in dashboards and analytics systems
• Experience with ClickUp, Notion, and other project management systems
