Affiliate Manager

International iGaming product seeks a strong Affiliate Manager for RU and CIS markets. Responsibilities include finding and attracting webmasters, traffic analysis, KPI control. Requires 2-3 years of iGaming experience.

What you'll do

• Search and attract new webmasters and partners (Geo: RU, UZ, KZ, PL)
• Work with existing partner base: development, retention, scaling
• Analysis of traffic quality and efficiency, collaboration with analytics
• Onboarding, support and optimization of partners in the tracker
• Monitoring partner KPI fulfillment
• Scaling successful traffic sources
• Market, competitor and offer monitoring
• Participation in industry conferences and offline meetings (2-3 times per year)
• Traffic sources: SEO, PPC, ASO, In-App, Telegram, Streamers, Influencers, Facebook

What we need

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in an iGaming product, 2-3 years
• Practical and current experience with RU / CIS markets
• Understanding of various traffic sources and their specifics
• Experience in attracting and scaling webmasters
• Traffic analytics skills and experience with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.)
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships
• Independence, result orientation, proactivity
