Affiliate Manager

An the company in an active growth phase is looking for an Affiliate Manager to strengthen the team in the RU geo. Responsibilities include finding and attracting webmasters, working with the partner base, traffic analysis, and participating in conferences.

What we need

• 2-3 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in an iGaming product
• Practical and current experience with the RU/CIS market
• Understanding of various traffic sources and their specifics
• Experience in attracting and scaling webmasters
• Traffic analytics skills and experience with metrics (FTD, GGR, ROI, etc.)
• Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships
• Independence, result orientation, proactivity
