Head of Retention (LATAM)

A growing iGaming product in Latin American markets is looking for a Head of Retention to build a retention system from scratch, reduce churn, and take the company's strategy to the next level. Fully remote, full-time.

What we need

• Experience as Head/Lead Retention in iGaming
• Proven results and cases (numbers, metrics)
• Deep understanding of retention mechanics and loyalty systems
• Experience with the LATAM market

Nice to have

• Spanish B2/C1
