Affiliate Manager

Seeking a specialist to find partners, negotiate placements, attract players, and control traffic quality for the the company project. Work with Telegram channels, influencers, webmasters, and traffic arbitrageurs. Models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid.

What you'll do

• Work with Telegram channels, chats, influencers, webmasters, and traffic arbitrageurs.
• Work with CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and fixed placement payment models.
• Negotiate placements and cooperation terms.
• Provide partners with links, promo codes, and promotional materials.
• Monitor placements: posts, pins, links, promo codes, and deadlines.
• Maintain partner database and record agreements.
• Analyze partner performance by registrations, FTD, deposits, and profitability.
• Interact with Risk/Fraud teams regarding fraud, multi-accounting, and bonus hunting.
• Prepare proposals for scaling effective sources.
• Disable or limit partners with low-quality traffic.
• Participate in reconciling statistics with partners.
• Find and onboard partners from CIS.
• Control traffic quality.

What we need

• Experience in Affiliate/iGaming/Betting.
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, FTD, GGR, NGR.
• Experience in finding and managing partners.
• Understanding of CIS traffic.
• Ability to negotiate and agree on placements.
• Ability to analyze not only registration volume but also player quality.
• Responsibility and ability to document agreements.
