MobCash Manager (iGaming)

We are looking for a manager with experience with MobCash / mobile agents to develop an agent network on international GEOs and manage local hunters. The role includes finding and hiring agents, onboarding, controlling turnover and commissions, and working with the Affiliate and MobCash integration.

What you'll do

• Find, hire and manage local hunters
• Develop the agent network through local teams
• Onboard, retain and develop agents
• Control turnover, deposits, withdrawals and commissions
• Work with the Affiliate ↔️ MobCash integration
• Find new growth points by GEO

What we need

• Practical experience with MobCash / mobile agents
• Understanding of P2P, processing and local payments
• Ability to independently find agents and build a network through hunters
• Understanding of the economics and key metrics of an agent network
• Russian + working English
• Independence and focus on concrete results

Nice to have

• Experience in Affiliate / Payments
