Team Lead (Facebook)

The employer is looking for a Team Lead (Facebook) to build media buying from scratch in iGaming. This is the first buyer in the project: no processes or team exist — you build everything yourself, while ready technical infrastructure and fast resource decisions are provided. Remote, full-time, 5/2, with growth to Head of Buying and your own team.

What you'll do

• Build media buying from scratch: processes, team, infrastructure
• Launch and scale Facebook ad campaigns
• Manage and hire media buyers
• Work hands-on as a buyer at the start
• Control campaign spend and profit

What we need

• Team Lead / hands-on experience — preferred
• Facebook: running and scaling traffic
• Numbers: spend from $40–60k, profit from $20–30k+
• Experience managing media buyers
• Willingness to work hands-on at the start
• Experience building media buying from scratch, self-sufficiency

Nice to have

• Google Ads and/or TikTok
• Own network of contacts for hiring media buyers
