CEO / Head of Business Unit (iGaming)

The company is looking for a strong commercial leader — General Manager (GM) for its flagship project. Direct management of a team of 4 Heads, total unit size 100+ people. Full responsibility for P&L and commercial results of the project.

What we need

  • Experience managing an IT/digital project as a business with full P&L responsibility for at least 2 years in roles such as CEO / General Manager / Head of Business Unit
  • Direct experience with B2B clients and contracts, handling complex negotiations
  • Experience in the iGaming / Betting industry — mandatory
  • Experience launching or scaling a product and managing a cross-functional team
  • Ability to plan, analyze, and control all financial metrics of the business unit
  • B2B negotiations in English (level B2+/C1)
  • Strategic and operational management, ability to transform strategy into concrete plans and KPIs
  • Team management and decision-making, willingness to make unpopular personnel decisions
  • High stress tolerance and composure
  • Strong result orientation and financial focus
  • Responsibility and ownership mentality
