User Acquisition Manager

We are building a next-generation web product focused on AI companion for interactive entertainment. We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager capable of launching projects from scratch and scaling web traffic.

What we need

• Proven experience with web traffic
• Understanding and practical experience in building web funnels and paywall logic
• Experience buying and optimizing traffic on Meta / Google / TikTok
• Experience working with US, Europe, LATAM markets
• Understanding of CPA economics, subscription models, upsells
• Experience with affiliate networks and direct web publishers
• Ability to independently launch projects from scratch and scale them

Nice to have

• Experience in entertainment / dating / igaming products
• Experience with trackers and BI systems (Voluum / RedTrack / Keitaro / GA / ClickHouse)
• Experience with A/B testing of funnels, landing pages, and paywalls
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
