User Acquisition Manager

We are building a web product with an AI companion for interactive entertainment. We are looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to independently launch and scale web traffic. The role involves working with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate sources.

What you'll do

• Launch and scale web traffic (CPA / CPL / RevShare).
• Work with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and partner sources.
• Build, test and optimize web funnels: ad → pre-landing → landing → signup → paywall → purchase.
• Launch projects from scratch: hypotheses, testing sources, offers, landings and paywalls.
• Scale successful bundles and control unit economics (CPI / CPA / ROAS / LTV).
• Optimize pre-landings, landings, paywalls, creatives and offers.
• Work with affiliate channels and partner programs.
• Analyze traffic quality, anti-fraud, control sources.
• Work with analytics, trackers, postbacks, subIDs.

What we need

• Proven experience with web traffic.
• Understanding and practical experience in building web funnels and paywall logic.
• Experience buying and optimizing traffic on Meta / Google / TikTok.
• Experience working with US, Europe, LATAM markets.
• Understanding of CPA economics, subscription models, upsells.
• Experience working with affiliate networks and direct web publishers.
• Ability to independently launch projects from scratch and scale them.

Nice to have

• Experience in entertainment / dating / igaming products.
• Experience with trackers and BI systems (Voluum / RedTrack / Keitaro / GA / ClickHouse).
• Experience with A/B testing funnels, landings and paywalls.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
