Project Manager for Testing Department

The employer is a team specializing in traffic arbitrage in the Nutra vertical. We are looking for a Project Manager for the testing department: handling operational tasks, planning hiring, managing the team, optimizing processes, coordinating between buying, design, and development teams.

What you'll do

• Close all operational tasks of the department
• Plan hiring and participate in conducting interviews
• Manage the team and keep focus on results
• Build and optimize internal processes (initiative is important)
• Monitor task completion and deadlines between buying, design, and development departments
• Interact with buyers and related teams

What we need

• Mandatory experience as a Project Manager or Operations Manager in traffic arbitrage (ideally Nutra)
• Experience in team management or strong organizational skills
• High diligence and responsibility
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask
• Understanding of testing processes and campaign launch
