Bank Account Recovery Specialist

An international fintech project is looking for a Bank Account Recovery Specialist for remote work. Candidates must be located outside Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Uzbekistan.

What you'll do

• Support the process of unlocking bank accounts
• Interact with Ukrainian banks and internal teams
• Monitor application statuses and maintain internal reporting
• Perform operational tasks of the department

• Fluent in Ukrainian
• Confident phone communication
• Be attentive, responsible, and quick to learn
• Comfortable with repetitive processes
