Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook / Gambling)

An arbitrage team with over 5 years of experience is scaling up and looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer with experience in the Gambling vertical. The company has over 70 specialists. The role involves managing a team of media buyers and independently launching ad campaigns on Facebook.

What you'll do

• Manage a team of media buyers (4-5+ people)
• Independently launch, optimize, and scale Facebook ad campaigns
• Monitor traffic quality and team results
• Analyze metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Train, develop, and motivate the team

What we need

• At least 6 months of Team Lead experience with proven results
• Mandatory experience in the Gambling vertical
• Experience managing a team of 4-5+ people
• Experience with monthly budgets of $15,000-20,000+
• Experience with Tier-1 GEO (Tier-2 is a plus)
• Cases, statistics, or screenshots proving results

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier-2 GEO
