CMO (Media Buying iGaming)

The company is looking for a CMO with media buying experience for a large entertainment project covering 17 Asian countries. The role includes developing traffic acquisition strategies, managing a media buying and performance marketing team (10+ people), analyzing KPIs (deposits, LTV, ROI), and hands-on traffic buying via Facebook, Google, InApp.
What we need
- 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in product companies or large iGaming affiliate networks.
- Hands-on experience buying traffic via Facebook, Google, InApp; knowledge of Asian and Tier-3 markets (experience with Latin America or Africa is a plus).
- Proven track record in traffic acquisition with KPIs: unique deposits, LTV, ROI.
- Strong hard skills, autonomy, ability to work hands-on (initially 70% hands-on, 30% management).
- Ability to train and integrate into the team.
