CRM Manager

A company in the gambling/betting niche with five brands is looking for a CRM Manager to plan, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns via email, push, SMS, and in-app. Fully remote, competitive salary in USD.
What we need
- Experience with ESP/CDP platforms (Customer.io or similar)
- Ability to build logical chains and trigger scenarios for communication automation
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for editing email templates
- Understanding of channel setup and operation (Email, Push, SMS, In-app)
- Ability to work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Understanding and ability to analyze key funnel metrics (OR, CTR, CR, Retention)
- Practical experience in setting up and analyzing A/B tests
- User base segmentation skills (RFM, behavioral, LTV)
- Experience with BI tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau)
- Ability to extract data using SQL queries
