What you'll do

• Lead a team of Bonus Managers
• Maintain and develop bonus policy
• Interact with bonus requesters from different teams
• Analyze data and participate in strategic planning
• Identify anomalies and assess the validity of bonus requests

What we need

• At least 2 years of experience in iGaming
• Practical experience with various bonus systems
• Experience managing a team and onboarding employees
• Expert proficiency in Excel
