Retention call-operator (AZ)

The company is looking for a retention call-operator to make outbound calls, research user needs, and assist with campaigns. Azerbaijani language is required, Russian B1+ preferred. Remote work with flexible schedule.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls using scripts
• Research user needs and preferences to support marketing campaigns
• Send emails, messages, and SMS to clients
• Study user behavior to try new ways of communication
• Help create campaigns and bonuses

What we need

• Azerbaijani language

Nice to have

• Russian language at B1 level or higher
