Gamification Designer

We are looking for a Gamification Designer with experience in high-engagement products to create game mechanics for a trading project. The position is remote.

What you'll do

• Designing tournaments, leagues, leaderboards, reward systems, and Retention/Live-ops
• Adapting engagement mechanics from iGaming to Fintech
• Balancing game economy, working with analytics and metrics

What we need

• Experience from 2 years in gamification (iGaming, social games)
• Understanding of Retention, Engagement, loyalty systems and VIP programs

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech/Trading
• Knowledge of SQL, Amplitude or Tableau
