Gamification Designer

We are looking for a Gamification Designer with experience in high-engagement products to create game mechanics for a trading project. Tasks include designing tournaments, leagues, leaderboards, reward systems, and Retention/Live-ops, adapting engagement mechanics from iGaming to Fintech, balancing game economy, and working with analytics.

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in gamification (iGaming, social games)
• Understanding of Retention, Engagement, loyalty systems, and VIP programs

Nice to have

• Experience in Fintech/Trading
• Knowledge of SQL, Amplitude, or Tableau
