CBDO / Head of Sales (CPA / IGaming)

An the company is looking for a CBDO / Head of Sales to scale the partner network globally. The role involves developing the partner network, attracting advertisers, leading the BDM team, and shaping the commercial strategy.

What we need

• Experience as CBDO, Head of Sales, Head of Business Development, or Team Lead BDM
• Experience in CPA networks, IGaming vertical
• Experience working with advertisers and affiliate programs
• Proven experience managing a sales or business development team
• Experience attending international conferences and negotiating with key partners
• Understanding of the full BDM cycle: from client sourcing and acquisition to account management and partnership development
• High motivation for financial results and business growth

Nice to have

• English language for negotiations with international partners
• Strong experience in independently attracting large clients and scaling revenue
