Ads Sales Manager (Russia/CIS) – Brand & Publisher Acquisition

The company is looking for a results-driven Ads Sales Manager to acquire new advertisers and onboard quality publishers/affiliates in Russia and CIS markets. The role involves pipeline building, closing deals on CPA/Hybrid models, and scaling revenue in iGaming and adjacent verticals.

What we need

  • Experience in affiliate sales in iGaming (casino/betting)
  • Strong network of contacts: advertisers and affiliates
  • Proven track record of closing deals and onboarding partners
  • Understanding of CPA/Hybrid models, traffic sources (in-app, CTV), MMPs, and the digital ecosystem
  • Results-oriented and focused on new business acquisition
  • English at least B2 level
