Lead VIP Manager

We are seeking an experienced VIP Lead to take full ownership of the VIP segment, including building the program, managing the team, and driving key metrics. This role requires strategic thinking combined with hands-on data analysis.

What you'll do

• Own the VIP segment end-to-end, from program design to execution.
• Build and continuously refine the VIP program to maximize retention and value.
• Manage and mentor the VIP team to achieve performance targets.
• Drive key metrics through data-driven analysis and strategic decisions.

What we need

• Experience as a VIP Lead or similar role in iGaming
• Strategic thinking and ability to drive metrics
• Strong data analysis skills
• Team management experience
