HR Analyst

The employer in the iGaming industry is looking for an HR Analyst to help make data-driven HR decisions and build HR analytics for the business. The role is fully remote, full-time or part-time.

What you'll do

• Analyze Employee Lifetime Value and HR metrics.
• Calculate cost of hiring, onboarding, turnover, etc.
• Analyze recruitment, HR, and L&D data.
• Create and configure interactive dashboards.
• Find insights and present results to managers.

What we need

• 3+ years of experience in HR Analytics.
• Practical experience with dashboards.
• Strong analytical thinking.
