Technical Support Specialist (B2B / FinTech)

A FinTech team is looking for a technical support specialist to work with clients and merchants of a B2B platform. The role is suitable for those who want to grow at the intersection of customer service, product, and technical support. Fully remote work, schedule 5/2 from 11:00 to 20:00, fixed salary + bonuses.
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience in technical support
- Understanding of B2B, FinTech, or E-commerce environment
- Ability to explain complex things in simple language
- Skill in communicating with developers and product team
- Attentiveness, responsibility, and systematic approach
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice to have
- Experience with Jira, Service Desk, CRM, Grafana
- Experience with AML processes
- Understanding of customer service in fintech projects
