Technical Support Specialist (B2B / FinTech)

A FinTech team is looking for a technical support specialist to work with clients and merchants of a B2B platform. The role is suitable for those who want to grow at the intersection of customer service, product, and technical support. Fully remote work, schedule 5/2 from 11:00 to 20:00, fixed salary + bonuses.

What we need

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support
  • Understanding of B2B, FinTech, or E-commerce environment
  • Ability to explain complex things in simple language
  • Skill in communicating with developers and product team
  • Attentiveness, responsibility, and systematic approach
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice to have

  • Experience with Jira, Service Desk, CRM, Grafana
  • Experience with AML processes
  • Understanding of customer service in fintech projects
