Team Lead Sales

The company is looking for a Team Lead Sales to manage the sales department for a credit/investment project in Uzbekistan. Tasks include launching and developing the team, managing managers, and controlling KPIs. Remote work.
What you'll do

- recruit, onboard, and train the team
What we need
- experience as Team Lead for at least 6 months
- experience in investment or related fields
- independence and result orientation
