CRM / Retention Manager (Email/SMS)

The employer is looking for a CRM / Retention Manager to work with a US audience: sales-driven Email and SMS, Welcome/Retention/Win-back/VIP flows, base segmentation and A/B tests. They need a self-driven specialist with 1+ year in CRM/Retention/Lifecycle and hands-on Email + SMS experience. Office in Prague, B2B contract, 5/2 schedule from 15:00 to 00:00.

What you'll do

• Write sales-driven Email and SMS for a US audience
• Build Welcome, Retention, Win-back and VIP flows
• Segment the base and design offers
• Work with cold and existing audiences
• Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns
• Analyze Conversion, Retention, Reactivation and Revenue
• Propose new ideas and influence CRM strategy

What we need

• 1+ year of experience in CRM / Retention / Lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Email + SMS
• Ability to independently write strong copy in English
• Experience with segmentation and automated flows
• Knowledge of Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Optimove, Customer.io or similar platforms
• Understanding of customer lifecycle
• Self-reliance and initiative

Nice to have

• Experience in Sweepstakes / iGaming / Betting
• Experience with the US market
• VIP Retention experience
