The company is looking for an Esports Trader — a specialist who deeply understands esports, loves analytics, and is ready to grow in one of the fastest-growing companies in the betting industry. Relocation to Budva (Montenegro) or Almaty (Kazakhstan) with full relocation support is offered.

What you'll do

• Trade esports matches
• Analyze statistics and set odds on events
• Manage risks and monitor market situation
• Monitor client activity and market movements
• Work with data, numbers, and statistics
• Interact with other teams and provide necessary information

What we need

• Deep knowledge of esports (games, teams, rosters, tournaments, results)
• Have an analytical mindset
• Enjoy working with numbers and statistics
• Be detail-oriented and maintain focus for extended periods
• Be ready for shift work, including night shifts
• Adapt quickly to changes and work in a dynamic environment
• Demonstrate stress tolerance, responsibility, and result orientation
