Team Lead Media Buyer (Facebook)

We are looking for a Team Lead to head a team of media buyers. We have been in traffic arbitrage for over 5 years, with our own traffic and established infrastructure. GEO: Tier 1.

What you'll do

• Leading a team of buyers (current team size + planned growth).
• Full budget management and allocation across bundles.
• Searching and testing new bundles, working with creatives and optimizing them.
• Deep analytics, unit economics control, and maintaining stable ROI.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in traffic arbitrage.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook Ads.
• Strong understanding of unit economics and arbitrage math.
• Developed strategic thinking and a keen eye for creatives.
• Experience managing large budgets (from $100k+ per month).
